1.0 - Roster - 1.1: 40-Man Rosters 1.2: 25-Man Active Roster 1.3: Each player will recieve 5 options between Active and Inactive Roster 1.4: If a player becomes hurt and goes on the DL you are allowed to bring up a player from you Inactive Roster to replace the injured player without using an option. Upon the return of the injured player you must place the player you brought up back to your inactive roster. 1.5: You can put any player injured on the DL for 15, 30, and 60 days 1.6: 15 Starters a day (C, 1B, 2B, SS, 3B, DH (Any Position), 3-OF's, 2 SP's, 4-RP's) 1.7: Rosters must be submitted before the first pitch of the first game of the current day. Submitted via Text, E-mail, or Post on Forum under your teams board. 1.8: Failure to submit roster for the current day will be the use of the last submitted lineup. 2.0 - Contracts - 2.1: Contract lengths are from 1 Year to 3 Years long 2.2: The Money of the year player is signed will be the amount due each year the play is signed for. 2.3: To Release a player: If The player has 3 years left on the contact you must pay 1/3 of the players contract to release; if the player has 2 years left on the contract you must pay 1/4 of the players conract; If the player has 1 year left on the contract you must pay the players value. 2.4: If your player retires under contract there is no penalty. 3.0 - Free Agency - 3.1: Free Agency period is from November 1st - February 27th 3.2: To Resign a player you must tell the 3 Person Committee you want to resign a player at a value and then the committe will either ok the offer or rework the offer. 3.3: If the offer is re-worked you have the right to reject and submit another offer. 3.4: You cannot trade a free agent eligable player during the free agency period. 3.5: Players not signed or release by February 27th will be put in the free agency Draft in March. 4.0 - Trades - 4.1: Trade Deadline is August 8, 2010 @ 3PM Central Time. 4.2: All Trades will be processed through the Committee 5.0 - Expansion Teams - 5.1: Teams in expansion will revcieve 4 Type A Players (4 {top 4 teams from the year before} of 8 teams will give up one), 16 Type B Players (All 8 teams will give up 2), and 8 Type C players(All 8 teams will give up 1) from the current teams. 5.2: Releasing players to the expansion team will result in no penalty 5.3: Expansion Teams will get the first overall pick in the Free Agent Draft and the First-Year Player Draft 6.0 - Scoring - 6.1: Scoring Stats are as followed; {BATTING} Batting Average (AVG), Homeruns (HR), Runs Batted In (RBI), Singles (1B), Doubles (2B), Triples (3B) Stolen Bases (SB), Runs (R), Strikeouts (SO)... {PITCHING} Wins (W), Losses (L), Saves (S), Holds (H), Strikeouts (K), Walks (W), Earned Run Average (ERA) 6.2: Each Category you win you earn a point. The most total points will earn you a win for that day. 7.0 - Important Things - 7.1: We are going to try and have an Owners meeting every month on the last Sunday and get together and watch Sunday Night Baseball. 5.0 - Expansion Teams - 7.2: 2010 Committee (Creator - Tyson Kruse, Co-Creator Chris Hansen, and DBSOA President Doug Jorewicz) 7.3: 2010 Playoffs start September 6, 2010 ; Playoff tie breaker is a 2-day game, 9/4/10-9/5/10. |
